In this, the 6th tribal fusion instruction video from World Dance New York, Asharah gives you what we may as well call the third degree of drills. This is serious stuff for serious belly dancers. And I love it.
Asharah, who makes for a gentle and serious instructor, begins with a 45-minute warm up and conditioning section which has stretches, yoga poses and other dance preparation and strength exercises. Those familiar with Suhaila's fitness videos will see some familiar moves. Overall this is a solid, solid strength workout.
